  1. 4-5 potatoes (cut into bite size pieces)(if you don't mind, no need to peel)
  2. 3 Tbspsugar
  3. 2 Tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1 Tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the potatoes to cold water and then bring to a boil until cooked and drain.

  2. 2

    Put sugar and soy sauce in the frying pan over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer. Add the potatoes, lower the heat and simmer until the liquid is almost gone.

  3. 3

    Add butter and mix thoroughly.
