Wanted to make my mashed potatoes fluffier so I came up with this recipe that's simple and delicious!
Cooking Instructions

Dice potatoes. Place in pot of boiling water. Boil until soft. Drain.

Put potatoes back in pot. Add butter. Cover and let melt.
- 3
Add whipping cream. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer
- 4
Add salt and pepper to taste. Whip until fluffy. Enjoy!
