Low-Calorie! Refreshing Mushrooms and Mekabu

I wanted to create a low calorie recipe with simple seasonings.
This dish is not too sour, so you can eat a lot and do not have to worry as it is low in calories.

I added tororo kombu to add flavor to the mushrooms. It enriches the taste.
If you use grain vinegar, add a pinch of sugar. Recipe by Oshisu
