The Best Way to Boil Edamame with Just 1/2 Cup Water

This is the ultimate method for locking in the flavor of edamame using just a small amount of water. It's easy, delicious, and helps save on gas and water bills!
Recipe Background
I learned this from chatting with a local farmer who sells directly from their field in the countryside.
"Don't boil edamame in a lot of water—you'll lose all the flavor and aroma. You should simmer them. Try it next time, it's so good!"
It was a real eye-opener—so simple and tasty, it blew me away! I'm so grateful.
