Sushi Rolls with Avocado & Spam

This sushi roll has all of my family's favorite things. The Ehomaki (lucky direction rolls) that we eat during the Setsubun festival is the sushi roll that has 7 ingredients, just like the The Seven Deities of Good Fortune.
I'm thinking of adding one more filling to this sushi to gobble it up on Setsubun.
You could also use wiener sausages or fish sausages instead of spam. Add whatever ingredients you desire. It will look nice and colorful if you consciously add red, yellow, and green ingredients. For 4 rolls. Recipe by Taunbi-

Steps
- 1
Make the sushi rice. Refer to "Homemade Sushi Vinegar".
- 2
Prepare the filling: Use half of the avocado. Pit, then slice the flesh thinly. Sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid discoloring.
- 3
[Slice the spam into 7-8 mm strips. Brown in a pan.
- 4
Beat eggs well. Add all ★ ingredients and make tamagoyaki. Slice into 7-8 mm strips.
- 5
Prepare the crabsticks.
- 6
Cut thin lengthwise strips of cucumber.
- 7
Julienne the shiso leaves.
- 8
Place the nori vertically, and spread out a fourth of the rice. Leave about 1 cm space closest to you and 3c m space on the opposite side uncovered. Evenly spread the rice and add a bit more to the farther end, this makes rolling easier. Center the ingredients. Lay the shiso leaves on top of spam.
- 9
Roll up from the side closest to you. Hold the ingredients together with both hands, and wrap up as if sticking the two ends of the rice. Refer to photo above. Press down lightly to secure.
- 10
Wrap up the leftover ends of the nori. Set aside with the ends facing down.
- 11
When the nori is secured, slice into desired sizes. It's tasty as it is, to the saltiness from the spam.
