Cooking Instructions

Place the butter in a serving bowl.

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add the hot noodles to the bowl, mixing well so the butter melts and coats the noodles. Drizzle with soy sauce, then top with the mentaiko, egg yolk, green onions, nori, and bonito flakes.

Mix everything together while the noodles are still hot and enjoy!
