Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. About 3.5 oz dried udon noodles (100 grams)
  2. 1 teaspoonbutter (5 grams)
  3. 1/2 piecementaiko (spicy cod roe)
  4. 1egg yolk
  5. Chopped green onions, as much as you like
  6. Shredded nori (seaweed), as much as you like
  7. Bonito flakes, as much as you like
  8. 1drizzle of soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Place the butter in a serving bowl.
