This is a snake gourd. It's about 1 meter long.

Peel the skin with a peeler, cut it in half, and use a spoon to remove the seeds and pith.

Slice the snake gourd diagonally. Drain the tofu. Slice the bell peppers thinly.

Add oil to a frying pan and stir-fry the vegetables and meat.

Once the vegetables and meat are cooked, crumble the tofu and add it to the pan, stir-frying together.

When the tofu is warmed, season with yakiniku sauce.

Beat the egg, add it to the pan, and mix everything together. Done!
