Origin of this recipe
I wanted to create a Western-style meunière with yellowtail. I also aimed for a hearty fish dish with a garlic kick!

Steps
- 1
Lightly rinse the yellowtail fillets with water and pat them dry with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- 2
In a container, mix the ingredients marked with ☆ along with the grated garlic to make the marinade.
- 3
Coat the fillets from step 1 with the marinade from step 2. If you have time, let them soak for about 30 minutes.
- 4
Lightly pat dry and coat with all-purpose flour. Melt the butter in a frying pan. (Do not discard the leftover marinade)
- 5
Start sautéing on low heat. Once one side is cooked, flip and add the remaining marinade. Once the marinade is heated through, it's ready to serve.
