Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 12 slicesbeef for grilling
  2. 2green onions (about 6 inches each, 15 cm)
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. black pepper, to taste

    Cut the green onions into pieces about 1 1/4 inches long (3 cm). Microwave for about 1 minute to soften.

    Wrap each piece of green onion with a slice of beef.

    Thread three beef-wrapped green onions onto each skewer. Season with salt and pepper.

    Place the skewers on aluminum foil and cook in a toaster oven, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked through.

2009年から5年間の出雲での単身赴任の後、2013年11月より京都で単身赴任中。相変わらず男の料理を楽しんでます。料理が苦にならなくてよかった。豊富な食材で毎日楽しんで自炊しています。2010年9月にⅠ型糖尿病を発症。低カロリー料理に専念(?)していましたが、2023年12月に単身赴任が解除になり料理もほとんどしない日々です。
