Ingredients

4 side dishes
  1. Broccoli stem from one broccoli
  2. 1-2T.spoons Mayonnaise
  3. 1-2t.spoons Wasabi (as hot as you like!)

    Cut the stem into big chunks.

  2. 2

    Boil for a few minutes.

  3. 3

    Transfer to a bowl of cold water. Drain.

  4. 4

    Mix with mayonnaise and wasabi
