You can add sliced Mexican sausage (longaniza) and/or bacon if you like.

Cut the beef into strips or cubes and marinate with the Worcestershire and Maggi sauces. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Dice the tomatoes and onion into medium-sized pieces. Slice the serrano peppers lengthwise into strips.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté the peppers for 1 minute, then add the onion and cook for 1 more minute. Add the tomatoes, cover, and cook for another minute.

Add the pinch of beef bouillon and the beef. Cover and cook over medium heat until the beef is cooked through.

Uncover the skillet and let the juices reduce to your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
