Ingredients

  • Sweet corn cob 1 (kernels extracted)
  • Spinach 1 bunch (finely chopped)
  • Tomato 2 (grated)
  • Onion 2 (Grated)
  • 1 TablespoonRefined Oil
  • 1 cupwater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonGaram Masala

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok, heat oil, add tomato and onion, stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until completely cooked.

  2. 2

    Add Spinach, fry for another 5 minutes. Now add corn, water, garam masala and salt, cook covered for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Serve hot with roti or rice.
