as neededBreadcrumbs,
as neededFlour,
as neededEgg,

Steps

Wash the potatoes and boil them with the skin on. Boil until a skewer goes through easily. (Use medium-low heat)

Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the ground meat and onion.

Add the ● seasonings and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Peel the potatoes while hot, mash them, and mix well with the mixture from step 3.

Shape into small rounds.

Coat with flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.

Fry in oil until crispy.
