Slice the onion and rinse the bean sprouts, then drain them.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion.

Once the onion starts to cook, add the bean sprouts and lightly stir-fry, then add the corned beef.

Break up the corned beef while seasoning with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce and sake, and stir-fry everything together until done.
