Ingredients

  1. 1 cupapple or pear sauce
  2. 3eggs
  3. 2"chia eggs" (2 tbsp ground chia + 6 tbsp water)
  4. 1 tspvanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cupcoconut flour
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. 2 tbspsafflower or coconut oil
  8. 2-3 tbspcinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix wet ingredients, add dry. Let stand for 5 minutes. Full muffin tins 3/4 full. Optional: top with mini chocolate chips. Bake in 400F oven for 15 minutes.
