Ingredients

  • 5.3 oz (150 g)chopped tuna (tuna scrape)
  • 1avocado
  • 2 leavescabbage
  • 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise (about 30g)
  • 2 teaspoonssoy sauce (10ml)
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil (30ml)
  • 1 teaspoonwasabi
  • As neededmizuna greens
  • As neededgreen onions (scallions)

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the cabbage and mix it with the mayonnaise.

  2. 2

    Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.

  3. 3

    Place a round mold on a plate and layer the ingredients in order.

  4. 4

    Top with green onions, remove the mold, and scatter mizuna greens around the plate.

  5. 5

    Mix wasabi and soy sauce with olive oil, blend well, and drizzle over the mizuna greens to finish.
