A three-layer dish with cabbage, avocado, and chopped tuna, topped generously with green onions.

I created this dish for a home party when I was looking for something visually impressive. I was inspired by something I had seen somewhere before.

Finely chop the cabbage and mix it with the mayonnaise.

Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes.
- 3
Place a round mold on a plate and layer the ingredients in order.
- 4
Top with green onions, remove the mold, and scatter mizuna greens around the plate.
- 5
Mix wasabi and soy sauce with olive oil, blend well, and drizzle over the mizuna greens to finish.
