Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 1.1 lbsthinly sliced beef
  • 1medium onion
  • 2 cups●water
  • 4 tablespoons●soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons●sake
  • 3 tablespoons●sugar
  • 2 tablespoons●mirin
  • 2 teaspoons●granulated dashi
  • Ginger to taste ●

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ● ingredients to a pot♪

    Add the onion cut into wedges and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes♪

    After 5 minutes, add the beef while breaking it apart♪
    (Remove any scum)

    Simmer over medium-low heat for about 15 minutes♪

    Serve with pickled ginger if you like.
