Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 250 gramsbeef
  2. 1/4 headnapa cabbage
  3. 6shiitake mushrooms
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 1/2 stalkgreen onion
  6. 1/2 packageshirataki noodles
  7. 1 blocktofu
  8. Seasonings
  9. 1/2 cupmirin (about 100 ml)
  10. 1/2 cupsake (about 100 ml)
  11. 1/2 cupsoy sauce (about 100 ml)
  12. 3 tablespoonssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients except the meat to a pot (if they don't fit, add them later) and pour in all the seasonings.

    Once it starts bubbling and the vegetables become tender, add the meat and simmer on high heat.
    When the meat is cooked through, it's done!
