A delicious dish packed with vegetables. You can substitute the chicken with beef or fish fillets if you prefer.

Arrange the chicken pieces in a tagine or oven-safe dish.

Place the vegetables on top of the chicken.

In a large bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients well, then pour the sauce evenly over the vegetables.

Cover the tagine and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Serve with white rice flavored with saffron and rose water. Enjoy!
