Ingredients

  • 1Fresh ciabatta
  • 2Eggs
  • 3.5 ozCooked Bacon
  • 1.8 ozGreen Onions(scallions)
  • 2 tablespoonsMayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoonMustard
  • 1.8 ozDill
  • 1/6 ozSalt
  • 1/6 ozPepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oven to 390*F.Take out the soft bread center from two price of ciabatta,put them on foil and make a foil edge around them with a height of 0.2-0.4 in.

  2. 2

    Put in the baking tray.Crack an egg into the middle of the piece.

    Put finely cut cooked bacon and green onions on top.Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Dress the edges of the bread with olive oil and put in the oven for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sauce:mix the mayonnaise with mustard and warm it up a little.

  6. 6

    Serve with the sauce and dill.
