Wash the garlic chives and cut them into 1 1/4-inch pieces. Spread them out on a microwave-safe plate. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let cool slightly.

Once the garlic chives have cooled, squeeze out any excess water. Place the squeezed garlic chives and all the ● ingredients (sesame seeds, sugar, soy sauce, mayonnaise) in a bowl.

Toss everything together, transfer to a serving plate, and enjoy!
