  • Salmon for the number of servings
  • Herb salt, to taste
  • as neededFlour,
  • as neededOlive oil,
  • 1 teaspoonbutter per serving (about 5g)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle herb salt on both sides of the salmon♪

    Coat with flour♪

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and place the salmon skin-side down to cook♪

    Once the skin is crispy, flip it over♪

    Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until done, then remove♪

    Add butter to the remaining oil in the pan and mix♪
