  2. 2servings cooked rice
  3. Shredded cabbage or lettuce, as desired
  4. Toasted sesame seeds, as desired
  5. Green onions, as desired

  9. 1 tablespoonmirin (15 ml)

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan or skillet, heat all the ingredients marked 'a' together.

    If using freshly fried tonkatsu, or store-bought cutlets, crisp them up in a toaster oven. Blot excess oil with a paper towel, then dip the cutlets in the sauce from step 1.
