  2. 1 teaspoonbaking powder

  4. 1egg
  5. 1/3 cupmilk (about 80ml)
  6. 2 tablespoonssugar (about 20g)
  7. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil (such as olive oil)
  8. 1 tablespoonbutter or margarine
  9. 3-5 dropsvanilla extract (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Combine and sift the ingredients marked with ☆.

  2. 2

Mash the banana with a fork or spoon and place it in the rice cooker pot.

  3. 3

Add the beaten egg, milk, sugar, vegetable oil, butter or margarine, and vanilla extract to the pot and mix well.

  4. 4

Add the sifted ☆ ingredients to the pot and gently mix.

  5. 5

Set the pot in the rice cooker and turn it on! The regular white rice mode works fine.

  6. 6

When the cooking is done, remove the pot and invert it onto a cutting board or plate.

  7. 7

It's delicious when freshly baked and warm. Since it's not too sweet, you can add maple syrup or honey if you like.
