  1. 3.5 oz (100 g)edamame (in pods)
  2. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil

    Today's featured ingredient is edamame.

    Rinse the edamame quickly, pat dry, and rub with salt.

    Spread out a large sheet of aluminum foil. Place the salted edamame on the foil and drizzle with sesame oil.

    Wrap the edamame in the foil and roast in a toaster oven or under a broiler for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
