Mix the agar powder and sugar together thoroughly.

Pour the coffee into a saucepan.

Gradually add the agar and sugar mixture to the coffee while stirring to prevent lumps, then heat.

Once it comes to a gentle boil, remove from heat, pour into molds, and chill until set.

Since it's lightly sweetened, add coffee creamer or simple syrup to taste if you like.
