Ingredients

  • 4-5Parwal/ pointed gourd cut in long piece
  • 4-5 tbspOil
  • to tasteSalt,red chilli powdr,turmeric powdr, coriendr powdr as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan add parvel mix it fry it till goldn brown in full flame

    After 10-15 mins slow the flame add all masala mix it cover it for another 5-10 mins.
