  1. 4-5Parwal/ pointed gourd cut in long piece
  2. 4-5 tbspOil
  3. to tasteSalt,red chilli powdr,turmeric powdr, coriendr powdr as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in pan add parvel mix it fry it till goldn brown in full flame

  2. 2

    After 10-15 mins slow the flame add all masala mix it cover it for another 5-10 mins.
