Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce Meatballs in tomato and coconut sauce
I'm pretty sure that my ability to cook is one of the keys to my marriage. In fact, I'm not 100% certain my wife would've agreed to marry me if it weren't for my passion for food and cooking. Still, that doesn't mean she doesn't occasionally have her doubts. Like when I told her I was going to make meatballs with tomato and coconut sauce for dinner. At first she assumed it'd be a curry, and when I told her it wouldn't be she simply said "it sounds a little weird." Fortunately the dish worked out (pretty brilliantly, actually), and both she and our daughter are believers once again. Robert Gonzal -
Mozzarella stuffed meatballs in tomato sauce Mozzarella stuffed meatballs in tomato sauce
These cheese-stuffed nuggets were intended for my daughter, but funnily it was my wife who liked them most. They work great in a sub sandwich, since the thick sauce won't run everywhere. Or you can go the traditional route and just ladle them atop a plate of noodles. Robert Gonzal
