  • Onga classic seasoning

    Wash rice with salt,set aside.peel ginger,garlic and onions, wash.wash tomato and pepper,put in a manual blender with onions, note:always wash pepper before tomatoes so that the pepper will not leave a warm sensation in your palms...blend,set aside.pound ginger and garlic

  2. 2

    In a clean,and dry pot,,add oil,on medium heat,when hot,add tomato puree,stir fry for 3mins,add seasoning,stir,add ginger and garlic, stir,fry for 2mins,add water,bring to boil,add rice,cook I'll soft and taste to adjust with salt or seasoning... Oh LA LA,ready to eat

    Wash cucumber with salt,rinse,slice and garnish with fish
