Microwave the yakisoba noodles for 1 minute to loosen them. In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients marked with ★ to make the sauce.

Cut the vegetables: slice the garlic chives into 1-inch (3 cm) pieces, julienne the carrot, and thinly slice the onion.

Heat a little sesame oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the vegetables and pork, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.

Add the yakisoba noodles and the prepared sauce to the pan. Let the noodles absorb the sauce.

Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
