Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the chopped onion until it softens slightly. Add the grated carrot and potato, then add the lentils and stir for a bit.

Add the water and all the listed spices. Once it comes to a boil, close the pressure cooker lid and cook for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Adjust the salt to taste, then blend the soup well in a blender until smooth.

Serve with green olives, toasted bread, and green onions.
