2 slicesgood quality bread
Butter
Salt
Cooking spray (Pam)

Spray a small pan with Pam.

Butter one side of one slice of bread, place the cheese on top, and put the other slice of bread on top of that. The butter should be facing up.

Cook the buttered side of the bread until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
