Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsugar
  2. 1 canevaporated milk
  3. 1 canlechera
  4. 1 tablespoonvanilla extract
  5. 1cream cheese 8oz box
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 4eggs
  8. Halfa tablespoon of maizena
  9. Boxchocolate cake mix & also the ingredients in the box

Cooking Instructions

    Melt the sugar in a pan in low heat constantly mixing until sugar fully melted then right after pour it in your desired pan because it will harden fast

    In the blender mix all ingredients except the cake mix

    Pour it on the pan and cover with foil, place it in a large boiling pan the water should not be full it should just cover the pan half way. Constantly checking that the pan does have water still

    While you wait for the ford part to cook, prepare the cake mix.

    Once you see that the flan is half way cooked should take about 20 min..slowly pour the cake mix..SLOWLY SO IT WONT MIX. Cover once again until fully done.

    Take it out and place it to cool for about 20-30 min then flip it upside down and enjoy!
