Ingredients

  1. Caramel Sauce
  2. Boxed Cake Mix or
  3. Cake -
  4. 2 cupAll Purpose Flour
  5. 1 tbspBaking Powder
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1 cupSugar
  8. 1/2 cupCocoa Powder
  9. 1 cupWhole Milk
  10. 2 tspVanilla Extract
  11. 3Eggs
  12. 1/2 cupVegetable Oil
  13. Flan -
  14. 1 canEvaporated Milk - 14oz
  15. 1 canSweetened Condensed Milk - 14oz
  16. 1Cream Cheese - 4oz
  17. 2Eggs
  18. 2Egg Yolks
  19. 1Vanilla Bean

Steps

5 hours
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Spray anti stick spray to a 12 cup bunt pan

  3. 3

    Pour caramel to bottom of pan

  4. 4

    Add all dry and wet cake ingredients in a bowl and wisk til smooth

  5. 5

    Add all flan ingredients in a blender, cut vanilla pod open and add all the bean. discard pod. blend

  6. 6

    Add cake mix to pan

  7. 7

    Add flan mix on top of cake mix

  8. 8

    Top with tin foil. put pan in a water bath

  9. 9

    Bake for 1 hour

  10. 10

    Remove foil and return to oven for another 10 minutes to let the cake set

  11. 11

    Remove and let sit for 1 hour

  12. 12

    Turn over onto a platter. let cool in the fridge for another hour

  13. 13

    Serve
