Steps

Cut the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
Rehydrate the wood ear mushrooms in water.
Season the pork with ingredients A. - 2
Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat on high. Stir-fry the seasoned pork.
Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside. - 3
In the same pan, add the onion and stir-fry.

Once the onion is caramelized, add the carrot and quickly cook. Add the shrimp, wood ear mushrooms, and other mushrooms, and stir-fry on high heat.

Next, add the napa cabbage and the pork set aside in step 2. Stir-fry until everything is wilted, then season with salt and pepper.

Add water, the ★ ingredients, and quail eggs. Stir-fry on high heat for about 2 minutes.

Once everything is cooked through, turn off the heat and add the cornstarch slurry. Mix well, then heat on high until thickened. It's ready to serve◎

Use Spanish mackerel instead of pork◎
Season and coat with cornstarch, then cook as with the pork.
