Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 250 gramschicken thigh
  2. 1 packmaitake mushrooms
  3. 1 stalkgreen onion
  4. 4servings soba noodles
  5. 1 cupnoodle soup base (3x concentrated)
  6. 5 cupswater
  7. 2 tablespoonssesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken and maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Slice 1/3 of the green onion diagonally and the rest into small rounds.

    Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to a pot and cook the chicken.

    Once the chicken is browned, add the maitake mushrooms and stir-fry.

    Add water, bring to a boil, then add the noodle soup base and bring to a simmer. Add the soba noodles and diagonally sliced green onion.

    Once it simmers, add the remaining sesame oil to finish. Top with the small round slices of green onion and enjoy♪
