Prepare a pineapple.

Peel the pineapple.

Cut into strips first.

Then cut into small thin pieces.

Place in a ziplock bag.

Freeze for 6-8 hours.

After 6-8 hours, take it out.

Use any blender to mix. I used a Vitamix 5200, which is a great blender!

Divide the pineapple into 3-4 portions and blend each with a tamper until smooth and creamy. Refer to the photo.

Spoon the pineapple puree into ice cream containers.

Cover.

Or place in an airtight container.

Freeze for another 2-4 hours. Enjoy the sweet and tangy homemade pineapple ice cream whenever you like!
