Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspcoconut oil
  2. 2green onion, sliced thin
  3. 4 clovegarlic, minced
  4. 2mushrooms, sliced
  5. 4sundried tomatoes, chopped
  6. 1 bunchfresh basil leaves
  7. 1/4 cupcoconut flakes
  8. 1/4 cupcashews
  9. 1 packagesfirm tofu
  10. Mr. Spice Organic Thai Peanut Sauce
  11. 1 tbspyellow or red curry
  12. water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat coconut oil in a large pan, and sautee the green onion, garlic, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes.

  2. 2

    After a couple minutes add basil, coconut flakes, and cashews.

  3. 3

    Add tofu, sauce, a bit of water, and curry and let simmer until flavours are fully absorbed by the tofu.

Vegan raw food (mostly) chef, love playing with different ingredients, and love hearing feedback on my recipes. I try and avoid GMOs (corn, soy, wheat, non-cane sugars) but I'm nowhere near perfect.
