  12. 1 1/2 teaspoonsonion powder (optional)
  13. 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  14. 1 1/2 tablespoonsHungarian paprika
  15. 1 pinchsalt
  16. 1 pinchblack pepper
  17. 1 tablespoonwhite (rice) wine
  18. 3 tablespoonsall-purpose flour

    First, cut and pat dry the chicken wings, then mix them evenly with all the seasonings except the flour. Marinate for at least 45 minutes.

    Next, take a bag, add the chicken wings and flour, and shake the bag to coat the wings evenly with flour. Then, bake the wings in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30 minutes.

    In a saucepan, melt the butter, then add the remaining sauce ingredients and cook until well combined. Set aside.

    Finally, once the wings are done baking, mix them evenly with the sauce from step 3, and they're ready to serve.
