ZENB Noodle Miso Ramen

I wanted to make gluten-free miso ramen, so I gave it a try.
Recipe background:
I decided to make miso ramen soup using only what I had at home, and it turned out tasting like restaurant-style soup. You can use regular ramen noodles if you prefer. Bean sprouts would also go well with this!

Steps
- 1
Cut the cabbage and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
In a pot, combine the miso paste, chicken bouillon powder, noodle soup base, honey, water, grated ginger, and grated garlic. Mix well to make the soup.
- 3
Boil the ZENB thin noodles for 4 minutes. With 1 minute left, bring water to a boil in another pot and add the cut vegetables.
- 4
Drain the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse with water to remove excess starch. Add the noodles to the soup pot to warm them up, then transfer to a bowl, top with the vegetables, and serve.
