  • 3 1/2 cupswater (about 850 ml)
  • 1/4 cupsake (about 50 ml)
  • 3 tablespoonschicken bouillon powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonssalt (6-7 grams)
  • 2 inchesginger paste
  • 2 inchesgarlic paste
  • 1 tablespoonmirin
  • 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  • 1 teaspoonMSG
  • 1 teaspoonsesame oil

    First, bring the water and sake to a boil.
