  1. 3 1/2 cupswater (about 850 ml)
  2. 1/4 cupsake (about 50 ml)
  3. 3 tablespoonschicken bouillon powder
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoonssalt (6-7 grams)
  5. 2 inchesginger paste
  6. 2 inchesgarlic paste
  7. 1 tablespoonmirin
  8. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  9. 1 teaspoonMSG
  10. 1 teaspoonsesame oil

Steps

    First, bring the water and sake to a boil.

    Turn off the heat.

    Add all the remaining ingredients to the pot, bring it to a boil again, and it's ready.
