For this recipe, use the cooking water from ZENB NOODLE and the ZENB veggie ramen soup for a quick ramen meal.

In a small pot, bring 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) water to a boil. Break the ZENB noodles (round noodles) in half and add them to the pot. Cover and simmer on low for 7 minutes.

Once during cooking, remove the lid and gently stir to loosen the noodles.

Cut the garlic chives into 3/4-inch (2 cm) pieces. Toss with sesame oil and kimchi and set aside.

Add the soy sauce ramen soup base to a bowl.

When the noodles are done, pour the cooking water into the bowl first and mix well. Add the noodles, stir once, top with the garlic chive and kimchi mixture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
