Ingredients

Pork (thinly sliced or cut for ginger pork, as you prefer)
2 teaspoonssoy sauce (about 10 ml)
1 tablespoonsake (about 15 ml)
About 1 1/4-inch (3 cm) piece of ginger (grated or use ginger paste)

In a bowl, combine soy sauce and sake in a 1:2 ratio, then add the ginger.

Marinate the pork in the mixture. You don't need to marinate it for long.

Cook the pork in a skillet. You don't need to cover it.
