Ingredients

  1. Pork (thinly sliced or cut for ginger pork, as you prefer)
  2. 2 teaspoonssoy sauce (about 10 ml)
  3. 1 tablespoonsake (about 15 ml)
  4. About 1 1/4-inch (3 cm) piece of ginger (grated or use ginger paste)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine soy sauce and sake in a 1:2 ratio, then add the ginger.

    Marinate the pork in the mixture. You don't need to marinate it for long.

    Cook the pork in a skillet. You don't need to cover it.
