Wet your hands with water.

Sprinkle a pinch of salt onto your hands and spread it evenly.

Place some rice in one hand and make a small indentation in the center.

Add your chosen filling, then cover it with a little more rice.

Shape the rice into a triangle by gently pressing it between your hands.

Wrap with nori if you like.

Make sure the rice is cooked ahead of time. Freshly cooked rice can be very hot and may burn your hands.
