Ingredients

20 mts.
  1. 8 ozFrozen Temeph
  2. 1Medium onion
  3. 1 Tbolive oil or butter
  4. 1Tomato Sliced
  5. 1Green Chilli chopped
  6. 6Garlic cloves smashed
  7. 1ts Tikka Masala - available in Indian Grocery stores

Steps

20 mts.
  1. 1

    Defrost Tempeh. Add oil to the pan, Add Garlic and Onions. Cook 2 mts. Add slice tomato, add green chillis and tikka masala. Mix.

  2. 2

    Add defrosted Tempeh and cook on medium heat for 5 mts. Add half cup water and simmer for 10 mts. Tempeh is ready.

  3. 3

    I cooked some eggplant seperately and served it with Tempeh. It was great.
