On the medium-low hob.Cover the base of the fryin pan with vegtable oil. Put in the the pieces of the rabbit in the pan and start pouring the wine until the rabbit is almost covered in wine. After 20min toss in the garlic a pinch of basil and a pinch of oregano.Always cover the frying pan with a lid. After 1 hour 15 mins of cooking remove the lid so the wine drys up. Then leave it to fry until it looks brownish red. Enjoy.
