Finely chop the onion and carrot.

Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a frying pan.

Sauté the chopped vegetables well, then add the ground meat and continue to sauté.

Add the canned tomatoes and bring to a boil, then add (A) and simmer on low heat, stirring until the liquid reduces to your liking.

Add salt and pepper to adjust the taste.

Toast the hamburger buns in a toaster for 3 minutes, then fill them with the simmered meat sauce and cheese to finish.
