I tried golgappas with mexican fillings and served as rainy evening snack

In a hot pan, add butter and roast sweetcorns first.
saute for 2 mins and now add finely chopped veggies with roasted sweetcorns and add black salt.
saute for 5 mins so that veggies while eating should not be tasteless and uncooked.
now add white mayonnaise sauce and keep it a side. - 2
Now cut and divide the cheese slice into 4 pieces. But only 3 are shown in image for presentation.

Take a white or any dish of your choice and decorate with grated carrot and chopped lettuce. Also make a space for Mexican golgappa to set properly.

Now break the golgappas from top very lightly so that mexican mixture can be filled inside. Fill the mexican mixture inside the golgappas. Make sure that they are filled completely.

Place those cheese slices on the top of the golgappas as shown in image. you can add any other veggie apart from Coriander leaf as per your choice. the golgappas should be covered with cheese slice as shown in image.

Finally, place those 3 golgappas on the dish as shown in image and serve as evening snack. Most likely served in rainy seasons.
