  • garlic powder
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • vinegar
  • 1 tablespoontomato paste or ketchup, whichever is available
  • pinchcumin
  • pinchdried cilantro
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • pinchred chili flakes (optional)
