Ingredients

12 slicesbacon, fried and crumbled
5green onions, chopped
1tomato, diced
1 Csliced fresh mushrooms,
12eggs
1/3 Csour cream
1 Cshredded cheddar
1 Cshredded mozzarella

Steps

Sauté mushrooms, onions and tomato in 1 T drippings from frying bacon

Beat eggs and sour cream
3

Add cooled bacon and vegetables and cheeses to egg mixture
4

Bake in 9x13 sprayed with pan for 30 minutes
